Good place with great Wi-Fi, a lovely outdoor pool, and a cozy bar area. The staff was helpful, especially with my older parents during our first visit. I'm looking forward to coming back for a weekend.

The location at El Sitio was incredible, right on the beach with stunning views. I loved the spacious upstairs king room, which featured a large balcony perfect for soaking up the breeze. The AC was efficient, and the bathroom had a generously sized shower, even if the hot water was inconsistent. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, making communication easy. The Israeli-influenced dishes in the restaurant were especially delicious, showcasing the chef's talent. However, I did face some issues with housekeeping. my room wasn't cleaned daily without asking, which felt subpar given the rate. Also, the noise from the restaurant could be distracting during dinner. The minibar pricing was unclear, which was frustrating. For the price, I'd expect complimentary breakfast instead of a $10 charge.

The pool and beautiful beach were just steps away, making it easy to unwind. Plus, the staff’s helpfulness added a personal touch to the experience.
